Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Booking Policy This is a limited-capacity, sponsored walking food tour. Please read carefully before booking. Annual booking limit Guests may book a maximum of two (2) Taste of Yonge food tours per calendar year, out of the four (4) tours offered. Each attendee must register using their own email address. Bookings that exceed this limit may be cancelled and refunded at the organizer’s discretion. Cancellations by guests Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour are non-refundable, as food orders and staffing are confirmed in advance. No-shows Guests who do not attend the tour will not receive a refund. Event changes or cancellation If the organizer must cancel the tour due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances, guests will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. Transfers If you can no longer attend, tickets may be transferred to another person with advance notice, provided the replacement attendee supplies their own contact details.
